Mango Colada Blocktail

If you like getting caught in the rain on a steamy summers day, this blocktail is for you. Leave out the booze to make it a mocktail the whole gang will enjoy.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Mango Swirl Frozen Sunshine iceblock

  • 1 mango cheek

  • 60 mL white rum

  • 30 mL lime juice

  • 30 mL coconut cream

  • 30 mL simple syrup

  • 1⁄2 cup ice

  • Lime slice, to garnish

  • Optional: 1 additional iceblock to garnish

1. Remove the stick from your Mango Swirl iceblock by slicing lengthwise down the middle, then chop it roughly into small cubes.

2. Put iceblock, rum (if using), mango, lime juice, coconut cream, simple syrup and ice into a blender.

3. Blend well.

4. Garnish with slice of lime and a second Mango Swirl iceblock, if using.
